The Colorado Local Progressive Candidate Training Program is designed to prepare individuals who are planning or considering to run for an elected office in the near or distant future. This training program also provides important insights and direction for individuals who are or will be serving as a campaign manager.
This weekend-long training program provides the nuts and bolts of putting together a successful campaign for a local elected position, as well as the fundamentals for implementing progressive policies through elected office. The training is designed for both candidates and campaign managers.
The Colorado Local Progressive Candidate Training Program has been sponsored in the past by the Center for Progressive Leadership, the White House Project, and the Colorado Education Association.

- Messaging
- Targeting
- Volunteer Management
The training will be help on Saturday, March 13th from 9am-5pm and on Sunday, March 14th from 9am-5pm in Denver. The address is below.

The cost of the training is $35 per person. Payment will be required on or before March 13th. We can accept check or cash. We have the ability to offer partial scholarships to those in need. If you would like to request a scholarship, please let us know by Friday, March 5th.
